What we provide

A service that reads photos of your purchase documents and pulls numbers out of them. It works in French and English and is used from an ordinary phone.

What you should know about accuracy

The system reads photographed paper. It is sometimes wrong, and it is built to say so rather than hide it: doubtful documents are flagged, and nothing enters your totals until you have confirmed the document on screen, beside the photo.

That confirmation is yours. The system’s numbers are not accounting or tax advice. Check with your accountant before filing a return.

Your data is yours

Your invoices, products and prices belong to your shop. You can ask for a usable copy at any time, and you can remove anyone’s access — including ours — from the employees screen.

The price

Eight weeks free, then £50 per month per shop, photograph processing included. We give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change. You may cancel whenever you like; the service continues until the end of any period already paid.

Billing is not switched on yet: the first shops use the system free while it is being tuned, and nothing will be charged to you without notice first.

What you agree not to do

• Upload documents that are not yours or your shop’s.
• Share your sign-in link: while it is valid, it gives access to your account.
• Attempt to access another shop’s data.

Interruptions

The service may be unavailable for maintenance or because of an outage. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Your photos and data remain backed up daily.

Termination

You can close your account whenever you like. We may close an account that breaks these terms, after notifying you unless the law forbids it. In both cases, your data is kept for 90 days so you can obtain a copy, then deleted.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us over the last twelve months. Nothing here removes the rights that Quebec law grants you and that cannot be removed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada, and the courts of Quebec have jurisdiction.
